ORDERING
  1. Where are your candles made? Our candles are made by hand in Kilcock, County Kildare, Ireland. 
  2. How long does it take to arrive? Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (except for the bespoke candles which can take up to 2 weeks) and if you're within a 10 mile radius of Kilcock it will be hand delivered at a time that suits you.
  3. Does your soy wax come from a sustainable resource? Our soy wax comes from renewable vegetable sources that can be replenished at a faster rate than many alternative fluids providing long-term, reliable supply. Soy wax is non-toxic and clean burning. It's made with no toxins, carcinogens or pollutants, which means these candles are less likely to trigger allergies. 
  4. Are your candles made with essential or perfume oils? Our soy wax candles are made with fragrance oil.
  5. Is your packaging eco-friendly? All our packaging is recyclable or compostable.
  6. Can my order be sent as a gift? Yes, your order can be sent as a gift and we won't include financial information. A gift card can also be added with a bespoke handwritten message. 
  7. Can you personalise a label? Yes, we love to do bespoke candles. You can send us your favourite photo, quote or even a personalised message. We will then carefully add this to your candle. Please ensure you select the personalised candle when purchasing. 

DELIVERY

  1. I need a fast delivery, can you help? Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch with 48 hours (except for the bespoke candles which we ask you to allow for 2 weeks delivery). We ship all our orders with An Post. Delivery times are approx 1 to 2 working days from dispatch, however this can take longer during busy periods. 
  2. Who will deliver my parcel? An Post will deliver your parcel however, if the address is within a 10 mile radius of Kilcock, it may be hand delivered.
  3. My parcel was damaged, what do I do? Our parcels are packed with the greatest of care but if it does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours by emailing ealucandles@gmail.com
  4. Something is missing from my parcel, what do I do? Please contact us within 48 hours of your package being delivered by email ealucandles@gmail.com

  1. Can I become a stockist? If you're interested in becoming a stockist, please email ealucandles@gmail.com and we will send you a New Stockist application form.
